Sophia Majeed is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, who has always strived to help her patients by being supportive, collaborative and empathic in recognizing the challenges that life can present during their personal life journeys.
Sophia Majeed received her Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University in 2010. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from California State University, Northridge.
Sophia’s areas of focus are anxiety, trauma, depression, relational struggles, acculturation issues, LGBTQ concerns, life transitions and adjustments. She has experience working with adults, couples, adolescents and children. Sophia is direct and non-judgmental in her approach in therapy, and works through a Bowen Family Systems and Psychodynamic perspective which focuses on differentiation of self, gaining awareness, insight, and understanding in order to have clarity on the underlying issues.
Sophia Majeed gained her clinical training experiences by working in private practice, The Chicago School of Professional Psychology West LA Counseling Center, The Center for Individual and Family and Didi Hirsch Suicide Prevention Center.

Brad Benedict is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who works extensively with individuals, couples, families and the LGBTQ community facing issues related to trauma, PTSD, relationship/marital problems, anxiety, depression, and career/life transitions or overall dissatisfaction.
His experience and background have also made him uniquely qualified to work with those involved in the entertainment industry by helping to minimize the pressures that exist with these types of professions.
Brad has been practicing for close to 8 years and received his Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, with an emphasis in Marriage, Family Therapy, from Pepperdine University. Besides his extensive therapy background, Brad has specialized training in crisis intervention and trauma-based therapy models.
Overall, Brad Benedict believes it’s important to work in a collaborative manner with his clients to utilize their strengths and provide a more individualized approach to therapy. He is trained in Attachment-Focused EMDR and applies therapeutic strategies based in CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), TRM (Trauma-Resiliency Model), Emotionally Focused Therapy, Systems Theory, and Attachment Styles. This broad range allows Brad to implement more effective methods for the purposes of reaching therapeutic goals since he recognizes that each person has unique life experience.
